Please be advised that the Internet payment option is temporarily unavailable to pay rate and debtor accounts, however, the following methods of payment may be utilised:

Rates

There are six options for rates payments:

Please note: Payments must be made by due date in order to avoid interest charges.

Payment by BPAY

Please call your participating financial institution to make a payment from your nominated account. Please quote Biller Code 7666 and your Reference Number shown on the front of your rates notice, located at the bottom left of your notice. N.B. MINIMUM PAYMENT BY BPAY - $20

Personal payment to Council

Present rate notice intact to Cashier at Kiama Council Administration building on Manning Street.

Payment through agencies

Payment may be made at any Australia Post office. Rate notices must be presented intact.

By phone using a credit card

You can pay by credit card - VISA, & Mastercard, by phoning 1300 885 590 all hours. Be ready to supply your Reference Number shown on the front of your rates notice. NB Minimum Payment by Credit Card - $20.

Payment by Mail

You can pay by cheque, money order, VISA, and Mastercard by filling out the slip on the reverse of your rate notice and returning it to:

By direct debit

Should you wish to utilise this facility please call in person to complete necessary forms or contact Council by phoning 4232 0406 if you require forms to be mailed for completion and return.

Debtors: including effluent account payments

There are five methods of payment of debt:

Personal payment to Council

Present debtor account intact to Cashier at Kiama Council administration building, Manning Street, Kiama.

Payment through agencies

Payment may be made at Minnamurra Post Office (Gainsborough), Gerringong Newsagency, Jamberoo Post Office and Gerroa General Store. Debtor accounts must be presented intact.

By phone using a credit card

You can pay by credit card - VISA, & Mastercard, by phoning 1300 885 590 all hours. Be ready to supply your Reference Number shown on the front of your debtor account. N.B. Minimum Payment by Credit Card - $20.

Payment by mail
